Treatment

Step 1:

Foundations of Health

In this initial meeting, you will learn the basis of Dr. Frischman’s dietary and lifestyle recommendations which are the foundation of all health and healing. Following a meeting with one of our nutrition coaches, you will be tested by Dr. Frischman for food reactivity via pulse testing to customize our recommendations to you as an individual. This session also includes 3 weeks of unlimited follow-up support with implementing the protocol. The Foundations of Health session is a mandatory part of the process to begin treatment with Dr. Frischman.

Step 2:

Diagnosis & Treatment

Approximately 3 weeks after your Foundation of Health session, once you have implemented and maintained Dr. Frischman’s dietary protocol, you will begin your treatment. In this session, Dr. Frischman will complete a thorough patient intake and diagnosis and outline a treatment plan. He will get to know you, listening to your health history, current concerns and future health goals. This session typically takes 2-2.5 hours.

Step 3:

Follow Up Treatment

Follow up treatment with Dr. Frischman allows you to receive treatment via the modalities you and Dr. Frischman decide on, based on your individual needs. This may include acupuncture, cupping, craniosacral therapy, manual body work, nutraceuticals, and/or Chinese herbal medications. Follow-up appointments also allow you to bring up continuing concerns, challenges, and questions. At these sessions Dr. Frischman will re-test and adjust your medications and other recommendations to best fit your needs.
