Classes & Courses
Dr. Frischman has been trained in acupuncture, Oriental medicine, and craniosacral therapy. Throughout his experience of practicing for over 20 years, he has honed his techniques and developed novel methods of diagnosis and treatment, based on the foundations of his training.
Dr. Frischman is currently shifting his focus away from treating patients, toward teaching and spreading the knowledge and methods he has accumulated over the years.

Intake & Initial Consult
During the initial consult, Dr. Frischman will do a thorough patient intake, diagnosis, and begin the treatment protocol. He will get to know you, listening to the your health history, current concerns, and future health goals. The intake typically runs for about 2 hours, and includes a 1 hour follow-up session with one of TJM’s in-house nutrition coaches.
Follow up consultations with Dr. Frischman allow you to bring up continuing concerns, challenges, and questions; as well as receiving treatment- using whichever modalities you and Dr. Frischman decide on, based on your individual needs. The follow up allows Dr. Frischman to re-test and adjust medications and other recommendations to best fit the your needs.
Sometimes, we know what we need to do- but don’t know how to do it. Making dietary & lifestyle changes on the journey towards health can be difficult, but with step-by-step guidance and practical suggestions provided by TJM’s in-house nutrition coaches, you will find that making changes will become much more do-able and sustainable.
